BONAZZA S.p.A. Company is working in the food sector
since 1968, also considering the previous individual
Company having the same name.
Now our factory has its site in Ca’ Noghera – Tessera (VENICE),
Triestina St. 185/b, not too far from the international Airport “MARCO
POLO”.
Salami Factory BONAZZA Chairman and Owner is Mr Angelo Bonazza; two sons and
a daughter of him have been
cooperating with their father for some years: Silvia and Simone in the
Commercial sector, Samuele in the production one.
The
firm employes 40 people and it also has recourse
to the cooperation of external collaborators scattered all over
Italy.
Production consists of a wide range of products.
Frankfurts, bacons, cooked hams, roast sucking pigs, pork, turkey and
beef loins, roasted meat loafs.
In 1996 and 1997 net sales reached the
amount of 14 billion of Italian liras.
In 1998 no sensible variations have been pointed out in comparison with the
previous two years, even though sales had a 5% increase, as far as sold
quantity is concerned.
Unfortunately this increase was vained from the corresponding average prices
dicrease owing to the drop in raw materials.
As far as the year 1999, on the contrary, is concerned, despite of the
competition was growing more and more keen, our firm has further increased
its turnover, always speaking of saled quantity, of 15% thanks to the
production capacity increase due to the recent extention.
This has allowed to conform the factory to the Community directions and
therefore to achieve the E.C. qualification cerfificate.
At this moment, our firm is equipped whith the most up-to-date machinery and
it is able to grant a steady quality control and a perfect packaging, thanks
to HACCP system application.
In fact quality is our Company’s
primary target, because our firm is persuated that Quality is the means to
last.
To be marked in a such smashed market will be a good presentation above all
the middle-term and long-term.
In fact, just for this convinction, our next target will be ISO9000
certification.
